Excerpt from an administrative case which decision I drafted:
The respondent should not be punished for her boldness, in speaking out what she believes were acts tainted with impropriety that might ultimately affect the success of the case she was handling. Instead of sealing the mouth of the bold, this body deems it proper to allow them to speak and to encourage their bravery and fierceness, so long as they act within the bounds of justice and fairness. For who then will have the audacity to speak boldly when they knew their boldness would be met with punishment?
